Tender description
The works consist of the following: A complete replacement of the lift at 123 Grays Inn Road; The major refurbishment of the two lifts at 30 Guildford Street and 1nr at 7 Queens Square in accordance with the lift specifications accordingly, together with associated mechanical and electrical works in lift lobbies and staircases of each property. Due to the nature of the areas where the works will be carried out, please refer to the site specifics and constraints as well as working hours in the Preliminaries.
