Lift Maintenance Services

Tender description

To provide the Commissioner with services as detailed below: Lift Services: (Including but not limited to) To provide the following lift maintenance skills and services to cover the following 3 main areas: 1. Reactive Maintenance Services – To provide a 24/7 year-round reactive maintenance service to the sites as listed at Appendix A, including an emergency two hour response time to attend to building lift defects. 2. Minor Works Service – To undertake minor lift works to improve and alter the Commissioner’s sites as requested to help with operational and service related changes and demands. 3. Planned Routine (Servicing) Maintenance – To undertake periodic servicing of lift services as requested by the Commissioner.
