Crossrail (further background detail on the Crossrail project can be found at the following web address: http://www.crossrail.co.uk/) will be transitioned into Transport for London (TfL) as Rail for London (RfL). This includes the provision of the TfL technology systems required to support the operations and maintenance. The Crossrail (CRL) Operations Directorate is concerned with whether Crossrail can be operated and maintained effectively whilst delivering a high performing service. To help mitigate these concerns, the RfL Crossrail Systems Information Programme (RCSIP) will deliver the business transformation and transition the information technology and associated systems landscape to enable and support the management and operation of RfL Crossrail. A component of this requirement is the provision of an integrated asset management solution. Under the umbrella of the RfL Crossrail Systems Information Programme (RCSIP) there is a requirement to deliver the information technology and associated systems landscape to enable and support the management and operation of RfL Crossrail. A subset of this requirement is the provision of an integrated asset management solution. Crossrail is seeking a delivery partner to manage and be responsible for the delivery of the asset management solution with experience of asset integration in the railway environment, managing Agile approaches in complex operational environments and the ability to add value to the processes and subsequent outcomes of the asset management solution. Service Providers without railway asset integration experience are unlikely to have the necessary skills to fulfil the service requirements.
