Tender description

The Office of the Revenue Commissioners (Revenue), invites tenders for the provision of external Information and Communications Technology (ICT) support, to work with in-house and multi-vendor teams, on a range of enterprise frameworks, business applications and technical architectures in a secure and data sensitive environment. The work will cover supporting Revenue's enterprise frameworks, design and development of new projects, maintenance and enhancement of existing applications, computer language and tool support, business intelligence/analytics, architecture and ongoing standards implementation such as ISO, ITIL and CMMI. The roles in the Lot will comprise Senior and Junior Managers (Project, Function and Programme Management Office) and Senior and Junior Architects (Enterprise, Application and Technical). It is envisaged that resources in Lot B will principally comprise Team Leads (Technical and Development); Analysts (System, Business and Technical) and Analyst/Developers. It is envisaged that resources in Lot C will principally comprise Senior Developer; Junior Developer and Technical Support. It is envisaged that resources in Lot D will principally comprise Test Team Lead; Performance Testing Expert; and Automation Testing Expert. It is envisaged that resources in Lot E will principally comprise Performance Tester; Automation Tester; Senior Tester; and Junior Tester. This lot will be split into 4 sub-lots. The sub-lots will comprise: F1 — Infrastructure, communications and networking roles; F2 — Management and business advisory/support roles; F3 — Specialist testing roles; and F4 — Off-site teams roles.
