Tender description

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is seeking a suitably experienced organisation to provide accommodation and wrap around support for persons being resettled to Bradford via a managed resettlement programmes such as the Syrian Resettlement Programme and the Afghanistan Relocation Programme. Whilst the Council has outlined 3 lots within this specification the Council is looking to procure a single Contractor to deliver all the lots. It is anticipated that the contract will start in August 2016 and will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend by up to a further 3 years (by the means of 1 year extensions) reviewed annually, subject to the council still having need for the service and the performance of the supplier. All values and figures quoted are indicative only as the Council cannot guarantee future requirements and levels of work that will be required. The SRP will support the resettlement of Syrian refugees in Bradford. The Contractor will be required to provide housing and wrap around support for the refugees. The ARS will support the relocation of locally engaged Ministry of Defence staff from Afghanistan. The Contract will be required to provide housing and other integration for the clients. The Council from time to time may require the delivery of other migration programmes.
