Tender description
The requested Lean competence includes both Lean Production, Lean Construction as well as Lean start up. The training and consulting must be adapted to these areas. The agreement period is 4 years with option for terminating the contract before this period ends. The extent of services included in the framework agreement is very uncertain. The Norwegian Defence State Agency requests a provider who can give basic training of new internal lean resources as well as further development of the Agency's established lean resources.
