Tender description
The construction of a new build secondary school and vocational centre with an autism centre and community learning zone with an approximate total GIFA of 17 582 m2. The building is predominantly 2 storeys but also has a lower ground floor covering approximately 2 750 m2. The works will also include external works as indicated on the attached master plan to include highways works, car parking, drainage, landscaping and sports pitch provision.
