Efficiency East Midlands (EEM) invites you to tender for a place on our Property Cleaning and Clearing Framework. The framework is being set-up to support our membership with the turnaround of vacant properties and the maintenance of communal areas. The main elements covered by this framework are: — Light/medium and heavy/deep property cleans; — Light/medium and heavy/deep property clearances; — Garden clearances; — Ad hoc requirements such as graffiti removal, needle sweeps, pigeon removal, infestation sprays. EEM members are predominately within the East Midlands but not exclusively so and may have requirements in other parts of England and Wales. The Consortia is owned by our members which include Housing Associations, ALMO‘s Local Authorities and bodies from the wider public sector. The framework is being set-up to support our membership with the turnaround of vacant properties and the maintenance of communal areas. The main elements covered by the framework are: — Light/medium and heavy/deep property cleans; — Light/medium and heavy/deep property clearances; — Garden clearances; — Ad hoc requirements such as graffiti removal, needle sweeps, pigeon removal, infestation sprays. The predominant usage of this framework will be to undertake works in vacant domestic properties however the successful Contractors will be expected to carry out work to within any building owned and/or managed by our membership. This may include communal areas of residential flats and sheltered schemes or commercial properties within their portfolio. Due to the wide spread locations of EEM Contracting Authorities, the Framework will be split into core regional Lots. Contractors are able to tender for any number and mixture of lots. However please consider the resources you have available and only apply for Lots that you are able to provide the required service level. Consideration should be given to the eventuality that you may secure a place on all lots applied. The EEM membership currently extends beyond the core lotted, therefore Contractors have the opportunity to confirm their interest within the tender documentation for working to the North and South of the core regions.
