A0225 Lift maintenance

Tender description

The purpose of this RFQ is to provide tenderers with an opportunity to propose an accurately priced solution, as detailed in the attached specification, to Greater Manchester Police, in accordance with the conditions within the tender document and European Procurement Regulations The service will include the maintenance, correct adjustment and repair and/or replacement which shall include the entire installation of each lift unit, starting from and including the fuses/mccb’s/mcb’s of the incoming electrical supplies in the machine room/space i.e. Main isolators and distribution boards, and excluding only work arising from abuse, misuse or accidental damage to the lift car interior and lift landing entrances Please refer to the specification for more details. The lowest value is an estimated annual value. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a period of 12 months. Intended start date 13/09/2016 until 12/09/2018 with the option to extend for 12 months until 12/09/2019
