Tender description
The City invites expressions of interest for: 5 Snow Hill commercial refurbishment works. The contract will be a design and build works contract encompassing; • Contractor technical design (RIBA Stage 4) • Refurbishment and fit-out of office and ancillary spaces including (Cat A) • Upgrade incoming services • Overhaul and upgrade of existing buildings mechanical and electrical services Refurbishment is required to approximately 1,950m2 (20,100 sqft) of 5 Snow Hill, City of London, EC1A 2DP. The works budget is circa £1,100,000. The target construction start date is September 2016 with completion for February/March 2017. The contract type will be an amended JCT Design and Build Contract (DB 2011).
