Tender description

The Council wishes to hear from interested suppliers willing to share information about their approach to utilising a single software solution to remotely monitor and, conceivably, influence the operation of traffic signals and other types of traffic management information systems and infrastructure. The Solution will need to be scalable to deliver the ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems) aspirations of the Council. As such the Council is undertaking this SMT exercise to engage with suppliers and share information. The soft market testing document is available to download for completion by interested organisations who register on the Council's electronic tendering system at www.eastmidstenders.org The applicable dates for this soft market testing exercise are as follows: Deadline for downloading soft market testing document: 5pm on Friday, 27th May 2016 Deadline for submission of questions: 5pm on Tuesday, 31st May 2016 Answers to these questions will be provided by: 5pm on Tuesday, 7th June 2016 Deadline for submission of completed soft market testing documents: 11am on Tuesday, 14th June 2016 **The contract start and end dates and estimated value are mandatory fields, this is SOFT MARKET TESTING and the entries are indicative**
