Tender description
This contract has already been awarded and is being published for transparency purposes only. This project provides detailed input into the development of the finance function of the Target Operating Model for the New Property Model. Within this overall objective, the project will: a. Develop a preferred option for hard charging (i.e. the mechanism by which departments are charged for their freehold and leasehold assets held by the new model); b. Consider the impact of this preferred option on from a government accounting and budgeting perspective; and c. Consider the impact of the preferred model on Departments.
