Tender description

The aim of the contract resulting from this call for tenders is to contract a provider to ensure that all Web products and services developed or adapted by or for Eurofound are designed and developed considering users' needs and according to a high standard of usability. The services included in this contract are: — usability studies on current and future Eurofound websites, applications and products, — evaluations, recommendations and practical proposals for the improvement or redesign of websites, applications and products, — organisation and provision of face-to-face and online usability workshops with Agency staff and/or main stakeholders.
