Provision of Consultancy for DfT Motoring Services Divestment

Tender description

The Department for Transport works with its agencies and partners to support the transport network that helps the UK’s businesses and gets people and goods travelling around the country. DfT also plans and invests in transport infrastructure to keep the UK on the move. Department for Transport have a requirement for consultancy services to support their delivery of the motoring services strategy. Commercial support is required by the sponsorship team within DfT to help with an asset sale relating to a specific part of one of the Motoring Agencies. Specifically, we are looking for commercial advisors to develop an independent financial report for us ahead of launching the sale, which can be shared with bidders on our data site. Bidders must send a Non-Disclosure Agreement before having access to the documents on the eSourcing Portal.
