Who Speclialist Work With Support the KIM lead in delivering the CTP KIM workstream, records managers from other government organisations, other members of the Common Technology Programme. What Specialists Work On *Undertake detailed information and data audits with organisations *Undertake user research interviews with records managers to gauge success of current records solutions and pain-points, and local policies and practices *Analyse workflows and business processes on existing electronic document and records management systems being used within the BIS group *Write document and records management best practice guidance, and policies *Meet with records managers from other government organisations to gauge success of similar deployments *Work with the KIM Lead to understand legislative needs and guidelines within government *Support the implementation of the document and records management solution, and associated data migration activities Where the Work Takes Place Department for Business, Innovation & Skills 1 Victoria Street London SW1H 0ET Early Market Engagement Working Arrangements Monday to Friday on site. A professional working day, hours and working pattern as needed to deliver the service in an efficient way. Mainly based from our office in Westminster, London.
