The scope of the project is to look at CBH's core service functions, further develop and enhance the processes, applications and supporting technologies that enable the organisation to efficiently and cost effectively deliver these services into the future. We are looking to offer more integrated services through data sharing and replacing and deploying new applications and technologies to support the reshaped processes. Early Market Engagement to identify whether there is a single integrated solution that will assist CBH in remodelling processes, supporting IT applications to be able to offer more integrated services through data sharing, replacing and deploying new applications and technologies to support the reshaped processes. CBH have identified a comprehensive set of requirements which link to both processes and IT applications. Once the EME process is completed CBH will have a better understanding of what is available on the market and should CBH proceed, will look to follow an Open tender process.
