DPS for Care Home and Supported Living Placements.

This is to inform that the DPS for Care Homes and Supported Living Placements is now closed to any new applicants. This is due to the DPS being heavily over-subscribed resulting in no business for new entrants. Therefore, the DPS is not open to new entrants. The London Borough of Ealing is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Care Home and Support Living Placement Services. This will cover services in the following categories: Category 1 – Care Home Placements (Priced) Older People (50 plus), Dementia (18 plus), End of Life Care (18 plus) Category 2 – Care Home Placements (Non-Priced) Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health (including Forensic History), Sensory Impairment (Including Deaf / Blind), Korsakoffs Syndrome, Brain Injury / Neurological Conditions, HIV / AIDs Category 3 – CQC Regulated Supported Living Placements (Non-Priced) Older People (50 plus)Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health (including Forensic History), Sensory Impairment (Including Deaf / Blind), Korsakoffs Syndrome, Brain Injury / Neurological Conditions, HIV / AIDs Category 4 – Non CQC Regulated Supported Living Placements (Non-Priced) Older People (50 plus)Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health (including Forensic History), Sensory Impairment (Including Deaf / Blind), Korsakoffs Syndrome, Brain Injury / Neurological Conditions, HIV / AIDs The Dynamic Purchasing System will be established for a period of 4 years plus possible option to extend for an additional 4 years. The DPS will enable the Council to facilitate greater choice and flexibility for Care Home and Supported Living services, as well as drive improvements in quality in the market. The DPS primarily will be used for block and spot procurements. Prospective suppliers are invited to apply for one, more than one, or all of the categories in the DPS.
