Tender description

The Council requires the appointed Contractors to Design, Procure, Construct, Commission and Handover a 2-storey school block to accommodate the required number of teaching classrooms, WCs, staff and administration space (Approximately 8 400 m2 GIA). In addition the works will also include extensive external works, access roads, landscaping works and incoming services.
