Tender description

This PIN is issued by the Education Funding Agency (‘EFA’) on behalf of the DfE to engage with the market about the procurement of a framework for the delivery of capital education building projects. The purpose is to gather feedback from contractors/trade associations/industry groups which will be used to inform the design of the framework, the level of interest from the market and procurement strategy. Interested parties must register their interest at: http://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/ZOFA0/ no later than 6.6.2016. Market engagement events are being held on 20.6.2016 and 22.6.2016 in Nottingham and interested parties must confirm which date they will attend (via the stated link). Further information regarding the framework and market engagement events will be emailed out to them. The number of contractors to be appointed to the framework/each lot or number of lots under the framework is yet to be finalised but it is anticipated that there will be at least 30 places across all lots. It is envisaged that the Framework will be organised into lots but the lot structure and number of contractors on each lot is yet to be decided.
