Tender description

HS2 Ltd are undertaking the development, testing and roll out of a Notice Production System (NPS) that will be the core application used for the production of approximately 20,000 notices in respect of access to land and approximately 40,000 compulsory purchase order (CPO) notices and formal communications associated with the Compulsory Purchase Orders with the appropriate level of workflow, authorization, governance and audit trail. The NPS will be developed utilising the existing architecture of a bespoke Land Referencing Database (LRDb) system developed by the in-house Systems Development team
