Tender description
Leicester City Council invites Tenders for the provision of business rates debt recovery support. Provide for support and advice from a Supplier specialising in debt collection and insolvency, with experience of providing a similar service for Business Rates and Council Tax debts to other authorities. Advice and action is likely to be, but not limited to, disputed and contentious rating matters, for example, charitable occupation, lease surrender disputes, intermittent occupation.
