Tender description

This tender is being raised in support of North Yorkshire Police's requirement to deliver a mobile policing solution to operational front-line officers via mobile devices. The requirements specification is split into 3 Lots. We will require responses from innovative suppliers who will work with us collaboratively in order to fully exploit the potential of mobile technology in order to transform the way we deliver front-line policing and deliver our Police and Crime Plan outcomes. The provision of an Application capable of delivery a number of standalone and integrated functionalities including: — Incidents, Checks and Searches; — Officer Collaboration; — Crime reporting, Intelligence Submissions and the Occurrence Enquiry Log (OEL); — Evidence Gathering and Pocket Notebooks; — Forms, Tickets and Warnings; — Tasking, Briefing and Intelligence; — Human Resources; — Security, Compliance and Management Information; — Future Proofing and Innovation. North Yorkshire Police will require options for the delivery of a managed service to be provided for the operational mobile working solution, including but not limited to provision of 2nd and 3rd-line support, mobile device management, device configuration, support and replacement, hardware provision and mobile tariffs.
