Water-main refurbishment construction work

Tender description

The Contracting Entity wishes to appoint a number of Contractors whose responsibilities will include the provision of required capital works and services associated with the following; — Works and services associated with rehabilitating of water mains and services using trenchless and open trench technologies. — The installation of boundary boxes, fittings and water meters with radio units and/or integrated meters using approved mobile work management technology into existing service pipes. — Works and services associated with assisting Irish Water and its agents in setting up and validating District Metering Areas (DMA). — Works and services associated with targeted leak reduction through Capital Investment. — Works and services associated with regularising services and the continuation of Irish Water's First Fix Free Leak Repair Programme.
