Tender description
CONTRACT-A5XH-S4QGRM. The council currently operates a highway sponsorship contract which is due to expire at the end of April 2016. The purposes of this procurement exercise include continuity of highway maintenance and sponsorship arrangements with third party organizations; the Potential Provider has responsibility for maintenance of all sponsorship sites included within the scope of the Contract at no cost to the council; the Potential Provider has responsibility for securing all third party sponsorships and associated marketing and funding arrangements; the council receives the benefit of highway maintenance at no cost to the council; and the council receives a visible income stream in exchange for the sponsorship advertising opportunities provided by the Contract.
