Repair and maintenance services. Gas appliance maintenance services. Repair and maintenance services of central heating. Gas-fitting installation work. Boiler installation work. Repair and maintenance services of boilers. The scope of this Framework Agreement is for services surrounding domestic and commercial heating systems (Gas, Electric, LPG, Solid Fuel, Oil & new technology installations such as Solar Heating and Air and Ground Source pumps, as applicable to client stock. The works and services shall fall into 6 separate Framework ‘Lots’. Suppliers are invited to apply for 1 or more Lots. Contracts will be let via through the Framework Agreement through the means of Further Competitions. Member Organisations will consider the strategic direction and operational requirements of the organisation and decide which Lots are most appropriate for the Further Competition. Lot 1: Servicing, Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment and necessary ad-hoc replacements for Domestic Heating Systems. Lot 2: Installations of Domestic Heating Systems via capital investment scheme(s). Lot 3: Consultancy and Auditing Services in relation to Domestic Heating Systems. Lot 4: Servicing, Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment and necessary ad-hoc replacements for Commercial Heating Systems only. Lot 5: Installation of Commercial Heating Systems via capital investment scheme(s). Lot 6: Consultancy and Quality Audits in relation to Commercial Heating Systems.
