Provision of a Hosted Case Management System

Tender description

The Case Management System project is part of a wider Change Programme of high impact projects and initiatives that together support the effective delivery of the University’s Strategic Plan (2015-2020). A key focus of the Change Programme’s vision is to provide our students with a consistently high quality experience which meets their needs and expectations at every stage of their student journey. CCCU is seeking to procure a Case Management System which would be used by the Student Support, Health and Wellbeing teams to record interactions with students and to identify high risk students. The solution would be used to store and manage sensitive data captured and used by the teams to provide support and assistance. The aim of the project is to have an easily obtainable holistic view of a student and the services within SSH & W they are accessing. Due to the sensitive data that can be captured it is important that the solution has highly configurable access management features which ensures staff are only able to see what they require to perform their role. The University has a preference for a Supplier Hosted Solution. A Supplier Hosted Solution would require the successful supplier to provide the software that the University will use (and access) on a day-to-day basis on infrastructure that is not owned or managed by the University. We would anticipate that, as part of a Supplier Hosted Solution, that the successful supplier will be responsible for the security, maintenance, upgrade and management of the solution.
