Provision of specialist manufacturing and supply chain consultants to deliver in-depth manufacturing SME support projects, comprising manufacturing review, diagnostic and solution development. Export assessment and support programme for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). Provide new or inexperienced exporters with training, planning and support to grow their business overseas. Support for identified high growth SME organisations to develop. This could include coaching and mentoring support for developing a more effective sales and marketing strategy to improve operational performance, moving into new markets or exploring new products or services. Business support for SMEs to encourage commercialisation of innovative products and services to encourage SMEs in the use of low carbon technology products and services in operations and the supply chain.
