Tender description
The forthcoming contract is to provide NHS Wales with a range of poultry products as follows: Raw: chilled and raw frozen poultry (chicken and turkey). These must be ‘Red Tractor’ products. This is a mandatory criteria. Cooked: chilled and frozen poultry (chicken and turkey. These must be either ‘Red Tractor’ or, a ‘Farm Assured Standard’ product. Further details regarding these requirements are available in the invitation to tender. Delivery of these products will be direct to NHS hospitals in Wales.
