Tender description
Under a shared service agreement between the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) and the Department of Communications Energy and Natural Resources (DCENR), the IT Operations function for DCENR is now provided by DAFM. DCENR and DAFM require a Level 3 help desk specialist to carry out standard Level 3 duties such as server building, server monitoring, troubleshooting, active directory maintenance and management, etc. CommVault Element, a core element of the role will involve the management, maintenance design and administration of a complex CommVault environment in DCENR. The environment consists of 50 + CommVault agents spread across 2 physical locations. EMC Storage Array Knowledge of EMC storage arrays including administration of EMC UniSphere although not required would be an advantage.
