Tender description
Dublin City Council is seeking tenders of interest from competent operators for the operation of markets. Preference would be for quality markets with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced food. Tenders are sought for the following locations/lots: Lot 1: • Merrion Square – a weekday lunchtime market (one day a week) - high quality food at reasonable prices. Lot 2: • Herbert Park – a full day farmers market (one day on a weekend) – artisan produce, in season vegetables and arts and crafts. Tenderers may apply for one or both lots. Please see the tender documents for full details. This contract has now been awarded to Jackie Spillane on the 19th August 2015. 3 applications were received for this tender.
