Building and facilities management services

Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN). Teagasc intends to publish 1 or more. Requests for Tenders for the provision of Facilities Management Services at all Teagasc offices nationwide. Teagasc may separate this into individual lots or competitions for cleaning and catering services or may amalgamate these services into a combined facilities management contract along with other services. Teagasc will also be seeking Architectural services. Details of Teagasc offices can be found at: http://www.teagasc.ie/contacts/office_locator.asp Catering services will be required at the following locations: — Head Office, Oak Park, — Ashtown, — Moorepark, — Athenry, — Grange, — Kildalton, — Clonakilty, — Ballyhaise. This PIN is for information only. It is not a call for tenders, nor is it a commitment to proceed with a procurement and not a call for competition. A call to competition may be placed within the next 12 months. Teagasc does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice.
