The Cressex Community School Building Cleaning Contract

Cressex Community School, located in High Wycombe, was looking for an experienced Building Cleaning Contractor to commence a 5 year contract in June 2016. The contract will have an option to extend for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. Cressex Community School is a secondary school with 750 pupils. The building is 5 years old and the successful contractor will be required to maintain the school at the current high standards of cleanliness. The successful organisation will undertake routine cleaning services, periodic cleaning and ad hoc cleaning services e.g. cleaning following the letting of rooms or other areas of the school.
