Tender description

The contractor shall: 1. Undertake the design, development, testing, and validation work to ensure the point actuator meets LU requirements and achieve product acceptance against the requirements as detailed in Annex A. 2. Provide the supporting assurance documentation for the point actuator, in accordance with the flow chart in Annex B. 3. Provide the supporting product documentation and training to enable LU to carry out the installation, maintenance, and faultfinding associated with the point actuator. 4. Supply two (2) Point Actuator prototypes and relevant tooling on completion of product acceptance by LU 5. Support of live site trial of the Points Actuator on live LU infrastructure as part of final Product and System Approval. Note that LU will be responsible for the install and commissioning of Point Actuator for trial.
