The project comprises the re-roofing the roofs to Derby Theatre. Replace the roof waterproof membrane to Derby Theatre You are invited to submit a fixed price, lump sum tender for the replacing the roof waterproof membrane to Derby Theatre sited on 15 Theatre Walk, Derby, DE1 2NF . Works will be carried out under the JCT Minor Works Building Contract (2011).
