Tender description

Construction of a new 2 storey healthcare unit comprising residential accommodation for 100 people, ancillary healthcare services, catering, pharmacy and staff facilities, associated site works, access road, landscaping, an internal link to the existing rehabilitation unit, together with redistribution of existing car parking spaces and the demolition of a disused building. The proposed works are located on the site of Protected Structures. The proposed works are located on the site of Protected Structures: — Demolition of the existing single storey structure approximately 1 200 m2; — Construction of 2 storey development approximately 6 500 m2; — All associated alterations, site development works and site services. All works associated with the supply of all materials and installation of all mechanical infrastructure and equipment to ensure the 100 bed facility operates and function in-line with the design drawings and specifications including commissioning of same to ensure the successful handover of the building for operation in-line with the project programme.
