Tender description

The framework intends to provide a national solution for Facilities Management services. The framework will have 3 Lots, Lot 2 and 3 are further divided into Sub-Lots: Lot 1 — Total Facilities Management. Lot 2 — Soft Facilities Management Sub-Lot 2A — Soft Facilities Management (annual requirements over 50 000 GBP); Sub-Lot 2B — Soft Facilities Management (annual requirements under 50 000 GBP). Lot 3 — Hard Facilities Management. Sub-Lot 3A — Hard Facilities Management (annual requirements over 50 000 GBP); Sub-Lot 3B — Hard Facilities Management (annual requirements under 50 000 GBP). The framework will be awarded by Lot / Sub-Lot on a regional basis. ESPOs operational area will be divided into 12 separate regions (East Midlands, East of England, North East England, North West England, South East England, South West England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber, London, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions of the UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire and Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
