Strategy Implementation Support Services to the SFPA

Tender description

This Request for Tender (RFT) issued by the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority invites suitably qualified service providers with extensive experience in providing strategy implementation support services in the public sector environment. Please refer to Appendix 1 for a full detailed description. The Authority has developed a new Strategy Statement for the period 2015-2017 a copy of which is available in Appendix 4 of this document. The services required are in relation to the successful implementation of the vision and goals that the Authority has committed to in the strategy statement. The Authority is operating with limited resource capacity. We are working hard to increase that capacity and as such tenderers should note that it is a key objective of this tender for the Authority to be self-sufficient as far as possible with the skills, knowledge and organisation it requires for successful implementation of future strategy statements. The successful tenderer will liaise directly with the Board of the Authority, but will be expected to work with staff at all levels of the organisation.
