Tender description

The scope of this Framework Agreement is for services surrounding domestic and commercial heating systems (Gas, Electric, LPG, Solid Fuel, Oil and new technology installations such as Solar Heating and Air and Ground Source pumps, as applicable to client stock. The works and services shall fall into 6 separate Framework ‘Lots’. Suppliers are invited to apply for 1 or more Lots. Contracts will be let via through the Framework Agreement through the means of Further Competitions. Member Organisations will consider the strategic direction and operational requirements of the organisation and decide which Lots are most appropriate for the Further Competition. Lot 1 is concerned with the servicing, testing, commissioning and maintenance services AND refurbishment, replacement for domestic heating systems. Heating systems will include: gas, solid fuel, electric and oil appliances and new technologies. Lot 2 is concerned with capital investment scheme(s) for the installation of domestic heating systems into single and/or multiple properties. Lot 2 provides for both existing and new build developments as required. Heating systems will include: gas, solid fuel, electric or oil appliances and new technologies. Lot 2 is the only Lot that can be used by Members to assist with their Capital Investment programmes where they are looking at installing new systems into their building stock. Lot 3 is concerned with work in progress and post work validation and/or quality audits. Lot 3 is also concerned with Technical and/or Health and Safety training and advice to Landlords and potentially Tenants. Supply Partner(s) in Lot 3 Consultancy and Quality Audits shall provide a range of consultancy services to Member Organisations related to management of programmes of work associated with producing Landlords Gas Safety Records (LGSRs) for their properties. These services are intended to assist Member Organisations in complying with all current regulations, control risk, maintain industry standards and provide professional expertise. Lot 4 is concerned with the installation, refurbishment, servicing, testing, commissioning and maintenance services for commercial gas heating systems. Lot 5 is concerned with capital investment scheme(s) for the installation of commercial heating systems into single and/or multiple properties. Lot 5 provides for both existing and new build developments as required. Heating systems will include: gas, solid fuel, electric or oil appliances and new technologies. Lot 6 is concerned with work in progress and post work validation and/or quality audits. Lot 6 is also concerned with Technical and/or Health and Safety training and advice to Landlords and potentially Tenants.
