Procurement Consultancy (Consolidated Repairs and Maintenance Contract)

Tender description

Accent Group has embarked upon an ambitious programme of work to redesign the way in which it delivers the Repairs, Maintenance and Works to its residents’ across a large geographical area split into regional lots. Accent wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced single service provider to enter into a contract for the provision of Procurement Consultancy of its Consolidated Repairs and Maintenance Contract. The provider must demonstrate a successful and effective track record in the provision of multiple commodity work streams in the repairs and maintenance field. It is expected the successful provider will work with Accent to develop a fully compliant tender based on the solution for Accent. The provider will be expected to provide a dedicated project management resource for the project, including but not limited to procurement process and expert knowledge around current market direction. In addition, the successful provider will provide advice and support to Accent to ensure adherence with internal and external rules and regulations. Accent has appointed a Project Manager who will act as the key contact for the consultancy.
