Tender description

Following the decision to close Western Park Golf Course which is situated off Scudamore Road, the buildings on site need to be demolished in preparation of any future developments. A small path / driveway leads from the road to both the golf club building and the depot housing the golf course maintenance vehicles. The site is approximately 3 miles to the west of the city centre.
