Tender description

EEM are undertaking this procurement exercise to establish a Lift Maintenance and Repairs framework which will ensure Members have access to contractors who can undertake Maintenance, Servicing and Responsive Repairs to low and high rise Passenger and Goods Lifts, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week when called upon. The Contractor will be required to carry out all of the works to a range of tenanted property types including, but not limited to; domestic housing stock, high rise and low rise flats, office accommodation, hospitals, student accommodation and schools. The main elements covered by this framework will be: — Ad hoc and Annual Servicing of any goods or passenger lifts; — Emergency Breakdown response(Inclusive within Servicing contracts); — General Maintenance associated with the above.
