Tender description
Procurement of development construction services for Notting Hill Housing (NHH) development framework. PIN issued to commence soft market testing exercise. NHH is embarking on an innovative procurement to replace its current construction framework which expires in 2017. At this stage, the scope and quantity of provision required is known in terms of alignment to the development business plan, however, the impact this will have on the structure of the upcoming procurement is as yet unknown. The services required and being procured may increase or decrease as a result of the procurement strategy which is currently being developed.
