Tender description

The Diocese wish to appoint a main contractor to under take the work involved in providing new 3 storey school accommodation and associated external works. These works will be undertaken via the JCT Form of Contract, JCT Standard Building Contract with Quantities 2011 Edition (SBC/Q). The scope of works is as follows: Construction of a new three storey school building circa 2 460 m2 ground floor, 2 718 m2 first floor and 1 555 m2 second floor. External works, hard and soft landscaping and new fencing. Works to involve all necessary builders, mechanical, electrical, structural and civils works to achieve full and complete operation of the site. The works are to include some contractors design items.
