Tender description
The University of Warwick has a requirement to purchase application support for the Cloud-based ServiceNow application. The successful supplier will be a Global, Preferred or Master Solutions ServiceNow partner and an authorised ServiceNow License reseller. The requirement includes: — The provision of a dedicated ServiceNow specialist on-site for 2 days per week; — Remote Support / Managed Service in respect of systems monitoring and maintenance during core hours only (9:00 to 17:30 UK time, excluding Public Holidays). — Ad-hoc support for Annual upgrades and development work.
