Tender description
Wandsworth Borough Council and the London Borough of Richmond up on Thames are considering tendering for a joint concession contract for the provision of pay by phone cashless parking services that will increase user choice and convenience with regard to making secure payments for pay and display parking at any of the Authorities' on and off street designated parking locations. It is envisaged that the service will be provided using, but not being restricted to: — Voice only mobile and fixed phones — Web enabled mobile phones — Web enabled devices including laptops, computers, tablets, kiosks etc. — SMS enabled mobile phones or devices.
