CBRE Ltd (Managing Agents) and Marsh Ltd (Brokers) are acting on behalf of Wirral Borough Council as administering authority for the Merseyside Pension Fund. (MPF) CBRE Ltd (Managing Agents) and Marsh Ltd (Brokers) take ownership of the insurance administration including renewals, mid-term alterations, the billing of tenants and the handling of claims on behalf of the Merseyside Pension Fund. For the purpose of the insurance cover we are seeking a strong and stable insurer able to offer a competitive premium and a tailored ‘All Risks’ property owners wording.
