Tender description
Quarterly opinion survey of general public attitudes in the UK towards UK inflation. A set of questions are asked in these quarterly surveys which seek information on public knowledge, understanding and attitudes toward the Monetary Policy Committee process, as well as expectations of interest rates and inflation and also look to measure satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the way the Bank of England is ‘doing its job’. Additional questions are asked annually to cover perceptions of the relationship between interest rates and inflation and knowledge of who sets rates.
