A consortium of Hampshire authorities is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Consultant to carry out an independent comprehensive assessment to quantify the future accommodation need of Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople within the administrative areas of consortium authorities. A report of the findings is to be submitted to the consortium authorities. Returns by 4:30pm on 13 May 2016 Contract Start and End dates are estimates.
