Hartlepool Borough Council invite tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations with the capacity to deliver a framework agreement for a highway maintenance resurfacing service with cold planning and ancillary works within the borough of Hartlepool and any other agreed areas. The Framework will be for a period of 3 years with the potential for a further 1 x 12 month extension.
