To provide Break Fix support for BU owned Cisco Products. BU has Cisco products which have been acquired over a number of years. The products have been purchased with different support models i.e. 1, 3 or 5 years, some of the may still be under warranty and some of the products may be obsolete or End Of Life (EOL).
